Due to the nature of our products, different return conditions apply depending on the type of item purchased.

Limited Editions & Artworks
Our limited editions, original prints and artworks are produced through carefully controlled artistic and printing processes. Minor variations in color, texture or detail may occur and are considered an integral part of the work, rather than defects.
For these items, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons of personal preference or minor aesthetic differences.

Books & Non-Edition Products
Books, publications and other products that are not part of a limited or artistic edition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic documentation of the issue. In such cases, we will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the specific nature of limited editions, original prints and artist publications.
